I had the most wonderful stay at LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor in Shangri-La! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully designed room to the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was their staff. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness. They weren’t just helpful; they were thoughtful, caring, and truly dedicated to making us feel at home. Their attention to detail was incredible, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and always ready to assist. Traveling with a baby here felt effortless. The staff absolutely adored my baby, and the feeling was mutual. My baby loved them just as much. Their kindness and care made us feel safe, comfortable, and deeply grateful for their hospitality. The staff here don’t just do their jobs. They pour their hearts into making our stay special. Their warmth, patience, and attentiveness set them apart, and they truly deserve all the recognition in the world. I would return to this place just for them. If you’re looking for not only comfort and stunning views but also the kindest and most genuine people, this is it. A million times recommended!

We truly truly enjoyed our stay here. The view, the animals, the staff, everything was great. We had to get used to the climate but after 1 night, everything is well! We're Muslims and the hotel prepared a vegetarian breakfast for us. The hotel also prepared us tea time, evening special drink sent to our rooms. It was really enjoyable. They were not stingy as well. Sent us to the nearest farm for horseriding experience, gave us goody bag when we checked out. We even had a free photoshoot, complete with traditional costumes! The hotel is about 20mins away from dukezong town, I think it's ok! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. I had the most incredible stay at Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The property is beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the local charm of Shangri-la. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the soft linens to the carefully curated amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner of the inn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the train station and drop me off when I left, which was a huge help as the B&B is located about 25 minutes from the town and getting a Didi can be a bit challenging in the area. The inn doesn’t have elevators, only a staircase, but the staff were so attentive—they carried my luggage up and down for me, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location is perfect for exploring the serene beauty of Shangri-la. Nearby attractions include Potatso National Park, Songzanlin Monastery, and Dukezong Ancient Town, as well as a nearby horse ranch, where you can dress in traditional ******* costumes and ride across the scenic grasslands. The on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh, locally sourced options that made each morning a delight. Overall, Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B offers an unforgettable experience. It’s a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Shangri-la. I can’t wait to return!

There are little cuties in the yard, Yangjin, Qianjin, the first, fifteenth and sixth graders. We will miss you... The process of feeding and close contact with the animals is particularly healing. You can sit on the terrace to bask in the sun and watch them play all afternoon. The experience of making tsampa is also very interesting. After tasting the tsampa made by yourself, you can also share it and feed it to the animals. It is so happy. There is a billiards room in the leisure area on the second floor, and there are also some ******* clothes for you to try on. Lying in bed and watching the sun shine on the golden mountains when you wake up, this world is worth it!

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

Good value for money! A great hotel! The staff is super nice! Before checking in, the staff will call to ask the time, and can pick you up specially. Even if you are not at the airport, you can come to the ancient city. When you leave, you will be sent to the ancient city, which is very considerate. A small gift was also given. It was a young brother, thank you very much. When I entered the room, I found that there was only a bottom of a bottle of water left. Maybe I forgot to collect it when cleaning. After feedback, several bottles of water and snacks were immediately delivered. The room is also very good. Although it is a wooden house, the brother turned on the electric heater in advance, so it is not cold at all. In the plateau in December, a warm feeling came to my face as soon as I entered the room, which was very comfortable. The bathroom is fully equipped with various facilities. A small suggestion I want to make is whether the kettle and drinking cups can be placed on the table. It feels weird to put them in the bathroom. The best thing is the environment. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the window when you lie on the bed. Small animals will come to the wooden house and wander around. You can see ponies and lambs from the window. It's like being on vacation, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. It's really beautiful. There are many small animals on the lawn. You can't experience it in the city when you buy a cup of coffee in the cafe and look at the snow-capped mountains from afar. There are also lambs wandering around. But be careful that lambs will steal coffee. I just saw a lamb drinking someone else's coffee, haha, so be careful. There are three Bernese Mountain dogs in the hotel, which are very cute, but too enthusiastic. If you feed them, be careful. Try to feed them and they will jump up and hold your hand. Breakfast is also very good. First of all, the time is very humane. It seems to be from 8:30 to 10 o'clock. Finally, you don't have to get up early to catch up. Rice noodles are delicious, fresh and freshly made. A very satisfactory stay. If I have the opportunity in the future, I would like to come again. I wish the business a prosperous business.

The room is great. You can see snow-capped mountains in the ranch. There are many animals, sheep, rabbits, horses, alpacas, crows, dogs, and mysterious ducks. The room has floor heating and electric blankets, which is very warm and not cold. When you open the window, you can see the beautiful view, which is very healing. The bathroom supplies are complete and the buffet breakfast is delicious🥰

A Truly Memorable Stay at ”Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve” I recently had the pleasure of staying at ”Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve,” and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the host, Guozi, who is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. Guozi went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She upgraded me to a larger room than what I had booked, which was such a lovely surprise. The room itself was very cool — equipped with all the latest Chinese technology, including automated curtains, voice-controlled lighting, TV projector, screen, and a music system. The heated floors were an absolute treat, especially in the chilly Shangri-La weather. The view from the room was simply breathtaking, with a full window wall overlooking the stunning landscape of the Napahai Nature Reserve. Waking up to such a view was an unforgettable experience. Guozi’s hospitality didn’t stop there—she even made tea for me, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The dinner is simple and delicious. Great coffee and Chinese breakfast in the morning. On the day of my departure, her husband kindly drove me to the railway station, which was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Another highlight of my stay was meeting Hong Gongzi (The Red Prince), their adorable and majestic Alaskan Malamute. He’s a huge, fluffy, and gentle giant who added so much joy to my visit. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll absolutely adore him! The location itself is stunning, nestled near the Napahai Nature Reserve, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. It is located well away from town. Overall, my experience at this home stay was exceptional, thanks to Guozi’s warmth, the luxurious and tech-savvy accommodations, and the charming company of Hong Gongzi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La and hope to return one day!

I didn't expect that my first experience of ******* clothing would be in this homestay. I really like the scenery here. It is right next to Napahai. I can see the Shika Snow Mountain from my bed. ******* clothing is also free to rent. There are also alpacas, rabbits, goats. The little animals are so cute.
