The in-room facilities are also exceptionally comprehensive, including underfloor heating and an oxygen system, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness or the cold. 🐾Pet Paradise This place is truly a paradise for animal lovers! Gentle alpacas🦙, playful lambs🐏, and well-behaved dogs🐕 are not afraid of people at all. They're incredibly therapeutic, love cuddles, and are super photogenic 📷. ☕Dining & Relaxation In the afternoon, head to the Black Bean Coffee House, order a cup of aromatic coffee, and sit by the window to soak in the view. It was so relaxing, I didn't want to leave. 💁Attentive Service The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. The staff are warm, thoughtful, and promptly fulfill any requests. The owner was incredibly kind, making us feel right at home. The surroundings are breathtaking, with panoramic views of Napa Lake spread out before you – a true feast for the eyes. We stayed for 4 nights, and each day brought a different, beautiful landscape as the weather shifted. It was absolutely worth every moment! These photos were taken from our hotel room, but my phone's camera quality isn't the best, so they don't quite capture its full beauty.

Amazing view from our room. Staff really accommodating. Muslim traveller can request for vegetarian meal for breakfast. Prepare register WeChat for easy communication. Thank you for the biscuit gift. Keep it up good work! Cleanliness can be improved. There are hard water marks in the washroom (the photos i took after check-in). I wish there is more clarity about the complimentary service. Photos of afternoon tea as advertised not same, regardless, it was still a good cup of coffee and cake. Same goes to goodnight gift soup as first night only receive milk and only second night we get warm soup.

The room is big and bright. I lived in the ancient city before. I will move here tomorrow to make it easier to get to Shangri-La Station. Although there is nothing to do nearby, it is convenient to get takeout. I have been hiking and shopping these two days, so I don't have the energy to go down to drink tea and chat with the boss. Because of the structure of the house, the sound insulation is not very good. It all depends on the quality of the guests. The room has electric blankets and far-infrared heating, smart toilets and oxygenators. The TV can be updated. It is not very smooth to use. There are disposable bath towels.

Let's talk about the location first. It's 4 minutes drive from the Sun Observation Deck. You can get to the observation deck in the morning to see the morning fog at Songzanlin Temple. Although it's not far from the roadside, it's not noisy at all. You can't hear the sound of cars on the road. Environment. There is an independent yard and a big black dog guarding the house. It's very safe and clean. There are fitness equipment and a billiard table on the first floor. The public area is quite large. Rooms. Look at the pictures. Very cost-effective. Parking is convenient. You can park in the yard. There are also several parking spaces outside the gate. There is also a simple ******* breakfast in the morning. The boss is also very nice. When I arrived, he said that there are rooms with floor heating of the same type. If you are afraid of the cold at night, you can upgrade for free. Overall, it's a good review!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The service was top-notch — we got free pickup and drop-off at the railway station, and even free rides into town whenever we needed. Complimentary drinks were provided for both of us, which was such a nice touch. The place was super clean — honestly, spotless! And the location couldn’t be better. It's right near Heido Cafe, and hotel guests even get free drinks there too. Total bonus! We were also surrounded by the cutest, friendliest animals — it really added to the peaceful vibe. Plus, there were so many amazing photo spots; every corner was Insta-worthy! One big plus: the staff can speak English really well, so communication was smooth and easy the whole time. Overall, highly, highly recommended! You should definitely stay for at least 3 days and 2 nights — one night just isn’t enough to take in the view and soak up the serenity. So, so satisfying!

The hotel is located right in Napa Lake, with a large grassland surrounding it. Even though it was the off-season, the receptionist upgraded our room. The view from the window was of the grassland; relaxing on a deck chair, drinking tea, and gazing at the sky was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blankets were very warm; I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered free ******* clothing photoshoots and free lamb cuddles. I highly recommend the afternoon tea on the rooftop – the view is absolutely stunning.

These two days and two nights were undoubtedly the most relaxing, joyful, and fulfilling part of our entire 10-day journey! I've already provided a detailed review last night; this one is purely about the *feeling* of being here. Time here is meant to be truly savored, to simply *be*. I felt that venturing out to sightsee would almost be a disservice to everything this place offers. When the bleating of sheep and the gentle clanging of cowbells pierced through the morning mist; when lambs leisurely ambled past our cabin while a shepherd relaxed on the grass; when the sounds of children running and laughing drifted across the lawn in front; when the soft pitter-patter of rain graced our wooden balcony; when the warm, thoughtful reminders from the caring staff echoed in our ears; and when the owner personally drove us to the high-speed rail station early in the morning... these subtle details are where the true beauty of Shangri-La lies, and they will forever remain in my heart! Unfortunately, we didn't get to witness the magnificent starry sky due to the weather. I truly hope for another opportunity to experience winter here. And if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else – no ancient towns, no Pudacuo National Park... I would simply want to spend a few peaceful days right here! If a projector were installed in the cafe, allowing children to watch animated movies on rainy evenings, I believe both parents and kids would be even happier!

We stayed 2 nights (15-17 Sep) here. We loved Ke Le 可乐, the resident dog, who greeted us enthusiastically when we arrived at night. They have 2 sheeps in their garden as well. The road to this stay was a little dark so our driver needed to be careful to avoid hitting any crossing horse/cow/sheep. Upon arrival, the host helped to bring our luggage to first floor. The room was spacious and has good movie selection as well. Toilet has no bidet so bring your own portable bidet. Bed is comfy. There is no cold aircondition only hot but it was cold at night so we didn't use the aircond. There is oxygen supply turned on at 9pm automatically so we slept well. There is also humidifier in the room. Biscuits were provided. There is free use of ******* clothes at the lobby which we tried on for free. Breakfast was included in our stay. It was the most simplest & clean breakfast with option of porridge or mixian. We requested the host to send us to Shangri-la train station to which they gladly assisted. Distance from the stay to train station takes about 10-15mins.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. It featured a diffuse oxygen supply system, ensuring a constant flow of fresh oxygen, which was a thoughtful touch given the altitude. The TOTO toilet with its bidet function was also a great convenience. There were plenty of parking spaces right outside, making parking very easy. The place was spotlessly clean. The courtyard and common areas in the lobby were also very neat and tidy. The environment was truly exceptional. There were no other guesthouses around, just local villagers, which created a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. It's located right by the stunning Napa Lake. With minimal light pollution, stargazing at night was absolutely incredible. The guesthouse is also conveniently close to National Highway G214, making it easily accessible. The service was excellent. They offered pick-up and drop-off services, and the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was also a highlight – a fantastic variety of delicious options.
