Absolutely beautiful room with every amenity possible. The bath tub alone leaves me breathless. Easy walk into town and close to all sights.
What is the most impressive is the level of service and attention. I feel like a foreign signatory and spoilt beyond belief. I was picked up promptly at the train station and dropped at the airport and in-between everyone has been exceptionally helpful and kind. What a delightful stay.

Living in Dali, I didn't expect to see such an amazing B&B. The owner is a very interesting person. He reads books when he is free. He said that they will build a large community public library in the B&B to provide a place for children in Shangri-La. The B&B has a good sense of design and the owner is also enthusiastic. He said that they have not taken over this shop for long and are still slowly cleaning it up. The plants in the yard still look a little rotten, but the owner is really enthusiastic, and it is not the kind of mechanical and waiter-like enthusiasm, but the kind of enthusiasm that truly likes the connection between people.
