It's near north gate of Dukezong. Just around 100M from the road side. This hotel is not suitable for winter time.. the floor heater takes 40min to start getting warm but it is not warm enough for the cold in winter which is about -10 °C . The toilet is very cold as well. Water heater is too slow to get warm. Water pressure is weak. Toilet is not clean and toilet paper is not properly provided. It's stated that breakfast is provided but we didn't get any

The room is clean. The location is very good. It is near the old city. You can walk around every night. There are restaurants and minimarts nearby. I highly recommend it. The owner is kind and helpful. We came as a family with children. The weather was cold, but the owner let us check out late. We will definitely come back to stay here again. Very impressed.

This is a very good service hotel. Come and book here, complete everything in one place. Rent a dress, photographer, you can negotiate the price with the hotel owner. The owner here is very kind, warm. We stayed here for 1 night and rented a dress, agreed to take a tour of Napa Hai and Songzanlin Monastery, who is also a personal photographer and tour guide. The accommodation is not far from the entrance. The owner is lovely and prepared breakfast in a bag for us because we left the hotel early in the morning and didn't have time to eat breakfast.
The room has a heated floor, but we couldn't turn on the hot water in the bathroom. I don't know if we didn't know how to turn it on or if it was broken.
