I didn’t stay here, made a booking but after seeing the scenic spot I found a ride with them and left. On my way out i asked the friends to call the owner and ask for my refund. The hotel strongly refused and it was still fairly early in the day. The reservation wasn’t much money, but not being so accommodating left a bitter taste in my mouth. Of course their policy was no refunds allowed and they have no reason to refund me. Even still, being accommodating to all guests will create an increase of business through energy! The hotel itself I only checked out for 5 minutes, but it’s not well maintained. Some outlets didn’t work, some rooms were left unmade, and overall the hotel felt abandoned.
