Nice and big room and helpful staff. There is a washing machine available that you can use if you need it. We could store our bicycles inside the building. The only thing you have to know is that there is no heating system in the rooms if it is not winter.

Good location which very close to each attraction point at Ancient town in Shangri-La but overall the furniture and amenities is quite old. The quality of toiletries provided are below expectations but value for money

The location is in the ancient town. However, transport could not enter. So we had to drag our luggage around 8mins to the hotel. The room was unexpectedly spacious. The heating system in the room “saved” us from freezing. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Coincidentally joined them to celebrate the birthday of the owner😆

Clean rooms in the middle of the busy part of the old town. Very friendly service. The floor heating system gets activated between 8pm-6am which is sufficient and keeps the room warm until 9-10am. The beds come with heated blankets as well.
The only thing I didn't appreciate so much was the dim light situation in the bathroom where the only mirror was. It was difficult to get in my contact lenses.

The room is really cild during the day when there is no heat, we got first room without a door to the toilet, and the heater worked really bad, they switched our to another room. Except it the room was big, clean and great location

The place is amazingly located and the view for the room is one of the best in Shangri-la. The couple that runs the place is very nice and helpful even not speaking English. The map didn’t show the exact location but the owner came to get us. Totally recommend.
