酒店設施很全面 特別適合家庭親子 度假，小朋友可以體驗 唐卡 騎馬 射箭 課程活動，整個酒店體量還算很大，地理位置優金色絕佳相對於香格里拉 ，這裏麪的管家及工作人員都很不錯 我們這次的管家扎西澤仁 很不錯的男生 熱情積極，他們的車隊也很不錯 接送都很高效安全快速。酒店裡麪的本地餐飲很多 也有西式的 包括雲南菜 ，不需要出門就在酒店吃飯就可以了 比下面的市區好很多，我們都是在酒店吃的。酒店裡有好幾處絕佳景點可以拍照 ，整個酒店的室內陳設裝修很有特色，喜歡感受不同的酒店特色 值得來一趟香格里拉頌讚林卡

很遠，不方便，住了兩晚都衹能在這裏麪的三家餐廳選擇吃飯，餐廳裏蒼蠅特別多，整個酒店的環境還可以，去寺廟比較方便，其他都不方便。 然後就是服務是最不滿意的，全程三天兩晚，衹有入住時候看見了管家—曉龍，其他時間要不就是忙要不就是下班了，一點都不熱情，感覺就是你愛來不來，我表達了説他態度不好，他還説你有什麼訴求自己説吧，裏面的娛樂活動都要預約單獨付費，騎馬498也是很敷衍，時間也不夠，場地也不好，導致第二天孩子還想野騎兩個小時也沒有去，最後一天有一上午的時間可以約唐卡體驗，到了那裡才告知沒有老師，不能玩，那我來這裏幹嘛的，就逛個寺廟然後房間裏面呆著嗎，所有服務人員都是不冷不熱，愛答不理，特別是前台人員，以後再也不會去所有的松讚了
