The hotel is in a very nice location. The hotel facilities are complete and very new, the Restroom is clean, hot water and delicious tea are always available. The hotel owner is very hospitable and enthusiastic in helping us with all requests.

The overall accommodation experience was very good. The proprietress always gave some suggestions based on our itinerary. Early check-in was allowed in the off-season, and luggage storage was allowed after check-out. We were also allowed to rest in the atrium. I will consider staying here next time I come to Shangri-La.

The bedding and facilities in the room are very good. It was such a great stay. The hotel is 2mins walk from the center of the ancient town, you can go everywhere in a blink of an eye.
The hotel is supper clean, feel like home to me. It looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very supportive. He suggested 3 local restaurant for us to try during our 3 days here, and not one I can complain, both were supper nice, great dishes and not expensive. He even drove us to the airport early in the morning free of charge.
Really recommend this hotel.
