We especially were impressed with the very high level of service of staff member 和华。

I was traveling with my kids. Because they love taking photos, I specifically visited the hotel before checking in. The view from the room I checked into wasn't the same as the one I'd been shown. I tolerated that, but the hotel said they'd change it to a room with the same view the next day. The next day, while I was out with the kids, the front desk called to say they had moved me to a room with a better view and had the concierge move my luggage. But when I got back to the room that night, the supposedly beautiful view was actually a construction site right outside the window?! And there was an extra door next to the bed?! The room amenities were even worse than the day before?! I can't help but give a bad review. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such a shady five-star hotel. If you don't have a suitable room, don't bother your guests.
