The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It came with an oxygen machine. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the ancient town. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He even picked us up on a donkey and helped with our luggage, which was so thoughtful. He even treated us to watermelon. He also arranged an authentic toast banquet for us. I saw Song Hye Kyo at the Shangri-La. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. Many Singaporean and Malaysian tourists book this place.

The property is in an ideal location for enjoying the ancient city. Our first night's room was clean but very damp (the sheets and floor were wet in the morning due to the humidity!), but after reporting the issue to the staff, we were upgraded to a very comfortable, non-damp room with a truly wonderful view, and they even provided us with a heater (heaters at Shangri-La are only on during the winter). We'd especially like to thank the receptionist who was incredibly kind and helped us with every request and arrangement regarding travel and tours!

It's super awesome, the experience is perfect. The B&B is also very beautiful and full of design. Everyone there is so nice. You can see the panoramic view of the ancient city from the rooftop. I recommend it so much that you can choose it with your eyes closed.
