整體環境還是很不錯的地方，本來對帳篷酒店的預期不是很高，但是這裏的設施還是很全的、晚上睡覺也不冷，房間打掃也挺乾淨

The tents are clean and tidy, and the hygiene is very good. The room is well-maintained, with air conditioning and electric blankets. The surrounding environment is very good, and the hotel will also take care of airport pick-up and drop-off, which is great.

The service, food, and supplies were all excellent. The environment was beautiful like a fairyland. You could hear the sounds of cattle and sheep in the middle of the night. The algae wrapped in the water and the flowers on the roadside were all beautiful. I got altitude sickness late at night and they immediately provided oxygen and medicine. It was a trip I will never forget.

帳篷不一樣的住宿體驗，最舒服應該是下着雨停着雨聲入睡，酒店温泉在下雨天也有感覺，就是水不能太熱，不然會暈倒，管家服務也很好很好

It's especially appealing to children! The service was professional and efficient, the local ******* staff were incredibly welcoming, and the photos taken at the camp were stunning. Overall, the experience was excellent!

從一堆酒店裡精挑細選後，最終落定了這家，結果一到現場就覺得值了！整個營地就像隱藏在香格里拉草原上的一處祕境 穿過湖泊棧道，是酒店的湖心咖啡店。住客下單還有小驚喜，在湖上玩皮划艇的體驗也讓我記憶深刻，水面波光粼粼，身邊是連綿不斷的山景，輕鬆又放鬆。 剛好遇到國窖1573在這裏舉辦草原團建，點了篝火很熱鬧。 營區裏還有小動物出沒，小朋友看見羊和梅花鹿簡直開心瘋了，足足玩了一整個下午。入夜後泡在温泉池裡看星星，感受高原的寂靜與廣闊，身心都被治癒了。 第二天的行程非常特別，主理人為我們安排了輕徒步路線，穿梭在普達措原始森林中，綠意盎然，空氣裏都是植物的味道。原以為會很耗體力，結果整段路都很平緩，一邊走一邊聽專業嚮導講解沿途植物和生態知識，小朋友聽得特別認真，完全沉浸式的自然體驗。午餐也是提前準備好的，衞生又貼心。 整趟旅行下來，沒有一點失望。不僅環境優美、設施完善，服務也特別細緻周到。 總之，這次的住宿和行程都遠超預期，香格里拉如果衹住一晚，那必須是這裏！
