The room is very comfortable, with oxygen supply and humidification, and a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset on the grassland outside. However, the privacy of the bath and toilet is too low. It is not convenient if you are traveling with elders or older children. They can be seen outside and should be improved. Other service attitude is first-rate, hygiene is also very good, and the food is also good.

酒店景觀也未免美得太誇張，外面就是納帕海，我們早餐，午飯和晚飯都在這家酒店吃，小炒很好吃！
唯一可以改善的地方是撿到了我丟在大堂的卡包應該通知我去取，我曾兩次路過大堂都沒有告訴我，嚇得我都快要哭了😭😭不過這確實是我的過失，所以也很感謝酒店有替我保管好的。
酒店有幫忙提行李，我們不用在高海拔地區提行李走四層樓梯，而且酒店知道我們去機場亦接送了我們，非常棒，已推薦給朋友了！

Located within napa lake area surrounded by lake and mountain. Waking up to the nature is part of the Shangri la experience. The hotel provide pick and drop off service for airport/ train station . They even upgraded us to bigger room as we are family of 3. Help book us 1 day transport with a helpful driver and reasonable price to explore shangrila . I ve left some item in the hotel when departing to lijiang. They help courier the item to lijiang hotel the next day. Thank you Runjing Muqi for the hospitality !

Excellent stay! The receptionists insist take our luggage up into our room. The check in process was very fast indeed.
The view is superb from our room. We have checked out after 12pm but the hosts are very kind to let us to keep our luggage. Breakfast was good.
The hosts also very kind to provide us some space at lobby to pray prior traveling (we are muslim travelers).
This hotel is perfect for those who wanted to stay in peaceful places as it just beside the napahai lake.

The staffs are very good, they have a high service mind. I feel very comfortable staying here. The view is beautiful, the facilities are excellent. The weather is very cold but the room is warm and the bed is warm. The accommodation is a bit far from the ancient city but it is convenient to use Didi service.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner of the inn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the train station and drop me off when I left, which was a huge help as the B&B is located about 25 minutes from the town and getting a Didi can be a bit challenging in the area.
The inn doesn’t have elevators, only a staircase, but the staff were so attentive—they carried my luggage up and down for me, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The location is perfect for exploring the serene beauty of Shangri-la. Nearby attractions include Potatso National Park, Songzanlin Monastery, and Dukezong Ancient Town, as well as a nearby horse ranch, where you can dress in traditional ******* costumes and ride across the scenic grasslands.
The on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh, locally sourced options that made each morning a delight.
