The room was great, very clean, large and cozy, the bathroom was also very large, and there was a small tea table. It was so relaxing to sip tea while listening to the sound of the stream. Parking is also convenient. You can also pick hazelnuts in the woods behind. The local chicken stewed by the boss is very fragrant. I have never eaten such a fragrant chicken soup, and the meat is so good. The cute little dog can even see guests off, so well behaved!

Amazing hotel! My girlfriend, brother and I arrived from Tiger leaping gorge quite tired and felt immediately very relaxed. The hotel is beautiful with its full wood architecture and it's fruit trees. The first thing we did was picking delicious apples from the trees. The owners are extremely kind and professional, they guided us on the whole process of preparing for Haba mountain hike. Extremely reliable service. On top of that the food cooked with products from their garden was delicious while being resonnably priced.
We highly recommend this hotel and next time will stay with them again. They are also great contacts to plan trips in the region.

The Treasure Inn at the foot of Haba Snow Mountain has a warm and hospitable boss. The landlady’s cooking is very delicious. Just leave it to her to eat here. You will feel at home. You can eat freshly picked wild mushrooms. It is very unique. I want to climb Haba can just leave it to the boss to arrange it, which is very convenient! I will come again when I have time to make up for the rain.

春節的時候去的雲南，經過虎跳峽后選擇入住香格裏拉樊塵德拉。
因為之前山上風大，老闆老闆娘怕住山上冷還給我們保留了山下民宿的備選方案，很是貼心。
營地位於哈巴雪山附近的山坡上，開車需要經過一段並不好走的山路，建議底盤高的車子前往。
我們到的比較晚，所以沒有趕上中午老闆準備的燒烤，但臨近晚飯，老闆老闆娘請我們吃氂牛火鍋，趕了一天的路瞬間復活，味道自然是很好。
營地晚上的星空特別壯觀，因為光污染少的關係，肉眼就可以看到滿天的星辰，小睡一會一早還能看個日出。
因為天氣冷水被凍住了，所以我們沒有洗澡。帳篷的條件還是很不錯的，有電，有燈，還有電熱毯。特別是這條電熱毯，簡直是拍星空的小伙伴的保命神器。
在一頓豐盛的早餐之後，我們離開了營地。下次來哈巴雪山，還會住這裏，因為這裏的風景，這裏的人。

There is no one of the most beautiful and best homestays at the foot of Haba Snow Mountain! !
The male host is post-80s, very artistic, and the female host is the first female to climb the Haba Snow Mountain, which is super powerful!
I like the design of the room, a whole glass wall, colored curtains, similar to the Mediterranean style.
The design of the restaurant is also very beautiful, with glass on all sides, TV sets, and tea. It feels great to play cards and board games at night! There is a retired anti-drug dog in the neighbor's house. He is super cute and loves to eat ham sausages. When we play cards, he lies on his feet and watches quietly.
There is a restaurant on Haba Street, the environment is general, but the food is surprisingly delicious! ! !
The boss said, climbing to the lakeside camping on Haba Snow Mountain, watching the stars, the feeling is unspeakable, we will definitely try next time!

This tent camp is located in a beautiful area, the view is gigantic, as is the starry sky at night. It is easy to reach on foot from Haba, about 7 km and 650 meters in altitude. At dinner we went into raptures, the traditional hot pot in the communal hut, a fireplace crackling, and you go outside and see this wonderful sky.
The owner helped us plan the next day and organised a trip to Shangrila. It was all perfect, thank you so much.

This snow mountain view hotel is absolutely amazing! Lying on the bed, you can have a panoramic view of the continuous snow mountain, fall asleep with the starry sky at night, and wake up in the first ray of sunshine and the song of birds in the mountains in the morning, as if you are in a dreamland. The room was clean and tidy, and every detail was revealed with care. The service is also great, the staff is responsive, adding a lot of warmth and beauty to my journey, highly recommended!

It was really great. It was my first time to experience camping. It was really cold in Shangri-La Haba Snow Mountain in November, but it was really great to sit in the camp and look at the Haba Snow Mountain opposite. It was really nice to feel the tranquility and beauty.
The B&B is in American camping style. There are about 10 campsites. The furniture styles inside are designed and arranged by the owner himself. It is very warm. If there are many people coming together, you can sing by the bonfire at night. The foot of the snow mountain is so beautiful.
The owner and the proprietress of the B&B are very nice. They also raised a very well-behaved and enthusiastic German Shepherd. They can guard the house at night and ask for food when eating. Hahaha, there is also a coffee shop at the foot of the mountain, which is also super good. If the weather is good, three or two people will get together in the coffee shop at night to chat about life and look at the starry sky. It is beautiful.
It happened to rain when I came to Haba Snow Mountain this time, so I didn’t see Haba Snow Mountain, but camping on rainy days has a different flavor. I always have to leave some regrets and look forward to the next wonderful encounter.

From picking us up at the train station to accommodating our requests even late at night, he went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable. He even ensured a smooth journey to our next destination. His genuine care and attentiveness made us feel truly valued.
The room was nothing short of perfection, heated floors, cozy heated beds, a hot shower, and a delightful selection of snacks and drinks. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The package included a delicious welcome high tea, and the chance to try on traditional ******* clothing for me, my wife, and my son was a unique and memorable highlight.
The breathtaking backdrop of majestic mountains, sprawling grass fields, grazing sheep, and friendly dogs and cat created a picturesque setting. It felt like stepping into a dream—a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Three days in this incredible place were far too short to fully immerse ourselves in its rich culture and beauty. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a mix of tranquility and adventure. BBrucmeritI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What stood out immediately was how responsive and efficient the team was through the group chat they created for guests. It felt like having a concierge in your pocket—fast, friendly, and always ready to help.
One moment that really impressed me: I had sent my laundry in (yes, they offer complimentary laundry service—not just machines, but actual washing and drying done for you!), and I noticed one of my socks was missing. I casually asked about it in the group chat while I was having breakfast near the reception area. To my surprise, I saw a staff member literally sprint off from the reception and return shortly after—with my missing sock in hand! That level of attentiveness was genuinely remarkable.
There was a little hiccup when the hotel forgot our advance booking for transport. We were initially told to book our own as their cars were all taken, which left us pretty dissatisfied—especially since it wasn’t a last-minute request. But while I was venting to my friend, one of our butlers overheard us and quietly stepped in. She said she'd help us out—and to our surprise, she personally booked a DiDi ride for us using her own money. We were honestly amazed by that level of care, and it meant so much that we later decided to bring her a little taste of our local delight as a thank-you gift.
The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea, complete with barista-made coffee and cakes—a perfect treat to enjoy while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Speaking of which, the view from my room was incredible—lush, open grasslands that made every moment feel peaceful and grounding.
They also offer a car service to take you to nearby points of interest, but to be honest, the hotel itself was such a gem that I could have easily stayed in the whole time. Between the view, the service, and the food (the in-house restaurant is also worth mentioning—delicious meals and lovely ambience), I never felt the need to venture far.
This hotel nails it when it comes to comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful touches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and memorable stay.
Bonus: they have three adorable chowskis roaming around the property, and one of them can even open the lobby door. 🐾 Honestly, that alone made my day.

From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive, keeping in touch with us for three weeks before our trip. They provided useful tips, such as bringing heavy clothes due to the cold and snow, which helped us a lot in preparing for our visit.
One of the best things about this homestay was the hospitality. The host picked us up and dropped us off at the train station for free of charge, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. They also went the extra mile by lending us winter jackets at no cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. Additionally, they arranged a driver for us to visit the places we wanted to explore, making our trip smooth and enjoyable.
The homestay itself was fantastic—spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures, and equipped with complete amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the hot blankets and oxygen supply, which were essential due to Shangri-La’s high altitude. The homestay also had a modern design while being located in the heart of the ancient town, offering easy access to everything.
Beyond the comfortable stay, the host’s kindness and guidance made our experience even better. They recommended great places to visit and local restaurants to try, ensuring we had a memorable trip.
Overall, we had a perfect stay, and we would definitely choose this homestay again in the future.

VVy Anh NguyenThis is by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to China. The hotel is equipped with all modern amenities, especially the toilet with an automatic bidet (something that’s not found anywhere else in China). The room was incredibly cozy with modern heating facilities, and the host even provided an oxygen machine (though I didn’t actually need to use it). I truly felt that it was worth every penny for the two nights I spent here.
One of the highlights was the adorable and friendly Ragdoll cat that lives here! The hotel owner even allowed us to bring the cat into our room to play, and it was just so sweet and playful.
Moreover, the host offered us a free pick-up and drop-off service at both the train station and the airport, even though it was 7 in the morning! I honestly have no complaints about this hotel. If you want to enjoy a fantastic stay in Shangrila, book this hotel now!

GGuest UserShangri-La Donglixia B&B is definitely the most healing plateau habitat I have ever lived in! From the moment I entered the door, I was conquered by the clean environment. The pure white bedding was fluffy like clouds, the bathroom corners were wiped in real time, and even the floor heating floor seams were dust-free. It was a delight for people with mysophobia. What's more surprising is that the room equipment is super considerate, the humidifier relieves dryness, the smart toilet is warm like spring, and the best thing is that each room is equipped with an oxygen generator! This fluffy Alaska, like a dandelion, squats at the gate of the courtyard to greet guests every morning, and the cute look of holding a toy and asking for a touch is heart-warming. When you are tired of playing, you can go to the coffee shop next door - the wooden space is filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee. The hand-brewed coffee by the proprietress is mellow and smooth, paired with freshly baked desserts. Sitting in front of the panoramic glass window and watching the changing light and shadow on the grassland, you will feel like you are in a Swiss town.

GGuest UserFeifan Hotel is conveniently located in Shangri La Old Town (Dukezong) and is fully accessible by car/taxi, which can drop you off right in front of the hotel. The hotel is tastefully decorated, paying homage to the town's Tibetan's roots, which is what makes the hotel very charming to me. The room itself is very clean comfortable to stay in, the amenities and kits provided are more than plentiful. The floors in front of the bathroom are also heated, which is very surprising (I wasn't expecting that). The loveliest aspect of my stay would have to be the kind hotel staff who were very helpful and welcoming to us starting from our arrival (the cups of warm tea was very relieving during the cold night). A couple of hotel staff members can converse in English, which was very helpful for us as we are foreign tourists. I appreciated the conversations I had with a staff member during breakfast about the various foods that was on offer. I also appreciated the little gift that was given to us when we checked out as the hotel staff seemed to notice that I did enjoyed several cups of butter tea during my breakfast and the help with arranging a car to transport us to the train station. Overall, I am very impressed with our stay here and would not hesitate at all to recommend anyone to stay here. It is worth it!

From the moments we reached Shangri-la by train, driver was waiting for us…fetch us to the hotel with the Defendar. The car was very very clean.
All the facilities in the hotel was excellent!
The architecture of the hotel is tibetian style.
Many of the handcraft look nice.
The view from the hotel can see the songtsam temple.
High tea was provided, the egg tart taste delicious even it is winter.
The breakfast had varities of food.
The hotel included ticket to songtsam temple, even provided a free guide to explain while visiting the monastery.
The shampoo and body lotion in the room was nice to used, especially in winter season. The skin feel very dry. (Hope that hotel would sell it online)
The hotel area was very big, there are a lots of nice view to take photo.
Even the hotel is big, they provide buggy car so you not need to walk a lot.
All the staff was well trained, they served us like family. Very heart warming🥰

GGuest UserThe best thing about this hotel is the view from the room. Unfortunately, that's as good as it gets! I really don't understand why it has such good reviews as I don't think it deserves them. Our room was really dirty - the first thing I saw when I walked in was dirt on the floor and clumps of hair in the corner by the furniture as well as hair on the floor. The most revolting thing was the bath mat on the floor - the parts of it that should have been white were a very dirty brown - it obviously hadn't been washed in many months. The ”fitted” sheets on the bed had bleach stains on them and they didn't fit the bed properly as they didn't tuck under the mattress which meant it came loose during the night. The mattress was very uncomfortable (hard and lumpy) - there was no mattress protector on the bed or protectors on the pillows. The walls are paper thin and, unfortunately, we had three very loud and excitable young women next door to us who talked and laughed very loudly until after midnight on all three nights we were there. The room wasn't serviced for the 3 nights we were there and we had to ask for extra toilet paper and water as they didn't put any in on the first day. We also had to empty our own bins and ask them to come and collect them from outside our door. The staff were friendly enough, but they seemed to spend all day on their phones lounging around in the rather untidy and dirty looking reception area. All the common areas were dirty too - the staircase hadn't been vacuumed any time recently as there was dirt on every stair. The place has a very neglected and uncared for feel about it which is a real pity as it could be lovely if some time and effort was put into making it clean and tidy and updating the furniture and bedding. It seems that the staff are very bored with their jobs and have no interest in keeping the place nice for customers.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay when trekking Tiger Leaping Gorge. The food was great and they have a lovely terrace with incredible view. It gets cold at nights so bring warm clothes to sleep in.
