Appreciate for the great service and most importantly in English which helped a lot. The valuable suggestions for local sightseeing were superb. The hotel is very close to Ancient market so the location is perfect. The room interior was wooden, well decorated and properly heated. I would definitely recommend for local and international guests.

Facilities: equipped with oxygen supply machine and humidifier. Bath towels, towels and cups are also disposable and very clean and hygienic. Hygiene: clean, clean, very clean. I had a very pleasant stay for 3 consecutive days. The host was super supportive in picking up at the train station and carrying large luggage up the stars. He consulted and reserved day tours for us. The lady host treat us like homie. I saw they both taking care of passengers who were suffered from highland uncomfortable. The homestay is kinda new, facilities and smart amenities are well working, make us feel warm and comfortable. Location is right in the heart of the ancient city, shops, cafe, the brilliant square is in walking distance. The courtyard is even way beautiful, many corners for you to relax, it’s pet-friendly. There’s a restaurant with specilities downstairs. In general, the homestay way worth the price and you’ll be enjoy your trip

The hotel provides excellent services. The best hotel to stay in shangrila. The location is very strategic near the supermarket and other food stalls. If you are a muslim, this hotel is very close to the halal food stall. The hotel provides pick-up and drop off at the railway station. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. It also provides extra oxygen in the room. If you come to shangrila, book this hotel straightaway. You will not regret it. You can communicate with the hotel if you want to go to the balagezong.

The boss is very nice and helped us upgrade to a starry sky room for our entire stay. The room is spacious and clean. There are also 4 cats and a dog (Yuanbao) on the first floor which are super cute and friendly. The location is very convenient as it’s within the Ancient town and there’s food everywhere we go. The boss even made breakfast and provided us with warm milk and ginger tea every night. Would stay here again next time!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The design was very appealing and modern. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciated the option to rent a motorbike at a very reasonable price. The location is perfect, with easy access to halal food nearby. Highly recommend! The room was very clean & have washing machine to wash your cloth.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel located right in the heart of the ancient town. The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the owner family. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us with our heavy luggages. One of the highlights of our trip was when they personally drove us around the city! As a group of five, we struggled to find a taxi big enough to accommodate us, but the owners stepped in and made sure we didn’t miss out on seeing the best parts of the city. They also gave us fantastic recommendations, including a fun and engaging cultural show that we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as some amazing local restaurants that we wouldn’t have found on our own. The owner family’s warmth and genuine care for their guests truly set this hotel apart. If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would—they deserve every single one! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and heartwarming stay. We can’t wait to come back!

One of the best homestay we stayed at across the different cities in Yunnan. They provide all sorts of amenities such as oxygen and humidifier machine in the room to help reduce the symptoms of high altitude. The boss and lady boss are super friendly and hospitable. Location wise is ideal as it is within the old town. You can contact the boss via WeChat before arrival to help bring your luggage up from the North gate as there is some slope. We also booked our Tu Si Yan via them. Beautiful view at night but it was snowing when we went. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back.
