Very Nice Hotel with Friendly and Helpful staffs! Staffs helped to carry luggages up and when leaving, help to carry as well to car. Many shops around and it's inside Gu Zheng but car can still drive in! Plus point for location! Staff was nice and WeChat before we arrive and wait for us at the entrance and bring all our luggages down!!! Room is big, plentiful of bottle water and also us to feel free to take! And yes they have oxygen on request if you need! Just use wechat to communicate with them! Very easy! Will love to be back in this hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Convenient parking is available right at the entrance. Its location near the Old Town is extremely convenient. Overall, it's a very pleasant guesthouse. However, during our two-night stay, there was no housekeeping service – our room wasn't cleaned, the trash wasn't emptied, and disposable amenities were not replenished. We sincerely hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.
