Incredible stay! The customer service is unmatched. Extremely early check in. They personally came to my room on lvl 22 when I called about wi-fi and couldn’t understand them. The reception staff went above and beyond their duties and brought my suitcases downstairs as I couldn’t make it back to the hotel on time for check out. They helped me with my luggage to the taxi too. Amazing ladies. The room was spacious, comfortable, good toiletries, very clean. The hotel is very very nice overall. The location is great, with local restaurants across the street. I would definitely return and recommend. Thank you for everything!
