The owner and his family were very welcoming. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and helped with our luggage. The next morning, they even prepared free breakfast for us. When our car ran out of battery, the owner gave us a free boost. I was so touched! The room was clean and tidy, and the air was fresh. I'll definitely book this place next time I'm in Shangrao! This B&B is highly recommended for anyone visiting Wangxian Valley.

The Slow living homestay was recently opened in 2022, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Shangrao. Hengfeng Railway Station and Sanqingshan Airport are located 49km and 59km away respectively. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Water's Edge Campground, Wangxian Valley Extreme Rafting and Hometown of Immortals. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Shangrao hotel features parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with friends.

Facilities: Overall, very good. There's a washing machine upstairs for drying clothes. Cleanliness: Fairly clean, but the bathroom doesn't have separate wet and dry areas, so shower water leaks. Environment: There are a few B&Bs nearby, and some small restaurants, but they're quite basic. Service: The owner is really nice! We planned a birthday surprise for a friend, and the hostess was very patient and helpful throughout. They even included transportation to Wangxian Valley. We booked a king-size room, but the hostess upgraded it to two beds! Thank you so much! Wangxian Valley is also a great place to visit. I highly recommend visiting and staying here. It's great value for money!

The room facilities and hotel environment are so attentive that you can tell that the store is very attentive. You can tell at a glance that it is very clean. The lady and brother of the store have very good personalities. They even gave us a fruit platter in the afternoon. We went to the scenic spot several times, and it was basically a round trip. We were all picked up and dropped off by the guys in the store. They were willing to pick us up at the scenic spot at 10:30 in the evening. They were very patient and would not find it troublesome. We had a room that was a mahjong room. If there was any problem with the mahjong machine, he helped us fix it as soon as possible. It was adjusted well and I felt very comfortable living here. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. I regretted only staying here for one day. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't have time to take photos of the room. It was much better than I expected. , the mahjong room is very large and has a large window. The double bed room has a good view and is larger than I expected. The room facilities are very warm and stylish.

I really enjoyed my two nights here. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and it felt like staying at a friend’s home rather than a guesthouse. The breakfasts were delicious and made with care — a great way to start the day. I also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Wangxian Valley and the pick-up service from Shangrao Railway Station, which made everything so convenient. Everything you need is really just a text away to the host. Location wise, it is only a 5 minute drive to the Valley attraction itself. There are several convenience shops and restaurants nearby as well. The room was clean and comfortable, with the usual basic amenities provided. Bottled drinking water is also provided daily. For me, it was such a comfortable and memorable stay, and I’d be happy to come back again.

Cozy Stay with Friendly Hosts and Convenient Transport Options Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. Arranging a carpool pickup from Shangrao High-Speed Railway Station was seamless—just a quick WeChat message a day in advance, and the hotel arranged everything for 35 RMB per person. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure we felt at home. Although they don't speak English, they made a great effort using a translation app, ensuring smooth communication. Additionally, they offer a drop-off and pickup service to Wangxiangu, which is just a 5-minute drive away—super convenient! A special highlight was their adorable dog, Tomato, who loved playing fetch with a ball. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch, this place is highly recommended!

We arrived to our accommodation around 19:30 and the owner was really thoughtful and to took us almost immediately to Wanxiang valley before it closes and that allowed us to see it at night (we were just staying one night) The room was huge!! I believe the is the biggest bed I ever slept on 😂 and super comfortable The next day he offered us his scooter to go back again to Wanxiang valley and avoid spending money on didi 🫶🏽 and not even that, he also let us have a late check out so we were able to take a shower before leaving !! He was the best host, really kind and helpful! It was a 10/10 experience !!!!!!! Totally recommend it

We spent two nights in this homestay. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The Wangxiangu valley is a 10 minute drive from the village, which is very convenient. The homestay also provides parking spots to the guests. The two small complaints I can point out is that the sound insulation is not good, which is a common problem for many buildings, but we were unlucky to have a lot of noisy people next to us, so we couldn't get a good rest. Secondly, it would be nice if someone at least emptied the trash or offered to change the towels in our rooms, since we stayed there for two nights.
