Amazing hotel. Despite having to use translators to understand each other (I don't speak Chinese, they don't speak English) everything worked perfectly fine. Service and facilities were great, plus everything was so clean! 😊

I came here on a business trip. The lobby environment is very warm and elegant. It is very convenient to eat nearby. There are many special snacks and supermarkets. Shopping is super convenient. The price-performance ratio is very high. The room lady also helped me hang clothes. It is the first choice for business trips.

Its location can be described as ”excellent”. It is very close to major attractions and shopping malls, and it is extremely convenient to travel. When checking in, the attitude of the front desk staff was very warm and thoughtful, and their welcome lemonade made people feel happy. The check-in process was simple and efficient, and there was no tedious waiting at all. What's more surprising is that they also considerately upgraded our room type. This unexpected surprise made the whole stay experience more pleasant and made us feel the hotel's attention and care for customers. In short, this was a very satisfactory stay experience, and it is highly recommended to every traveler!

A truly nice and wonderful hotel with staff that are considerate and helpful. Only issue I can say I had was the bathtub plug allowing for water to drain away. A hotel I will be happy to stay at again in future visits to Shangrao.

We stayed one night on our first day and it was so good we stayed another. Clean and hygienic, affordable, the quilt is soft and comfortable, the room is big enough, I forgot to take pictures, and they also gave us breakfast. The location is also very good. There are many restaurants downstairs. It takes ten minutes to walk to Wanda Plaza. After shopping, you can walk along the river. It is a very good store. I especially want to say thank you to the two girls at the front desk for being very enthusiastic that day. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Shangrao😊

Newly renovated hotel, the environment is clean and the service is very good, there are not many smart rooms, the hotel mattress and pillows are very comfortable to sleep, there is a large parking lot, it takes a few minutes to go to Wanda, just in the center of the city, travel and dining are very convenient
