衞生很不好，房間有異味，空氣很不好，桌面灰塵有點多，衞生間馬桶沖水之後有上一個房客的贓物浮出沖不下去，隔音很差，凌晨一兩點走廊還有其他房客在走廊大聲喧嘩，走來走去，服務還可以。
