缺：樓臨街近，晚上有點點吵
是民宿性質，所有無前台，沒法寄放行李
空調聲音特別大，loft所以上面空氣不流通會感覺很乾燥
優：挑高高，住的不壓抑，床品舒適，有微波爐，大冰箱
價格：定的考研時間21.22這兩天大概200左右，是室友提前定的，我定的23是179，好像是有平台優惠吧，不確定平常什麼價
對於考研學生説：
這個地方小電驢挺多的
我是早上七點二十左右騎小電驢去的，去了之後還在外面站了一會兒（我朋友在二中考從宿舍出發，她也是7點20，也是還在外面站了一會兒）
下午一點半左右打車的，提前40分鐘左右夠夠的了，安檢也過的特別快，流程就是簽字放包，走的時候直接拿包就行了，再走一道安檢門，看到也有人帶書到考場外，名義上過安檢門是不允許帶書，可以帶巧克力，小麪包什麼考試過程吃，老師們都不會説的
廣信大道一點都不堵，衹有三清三大道稍微有點堵堵，考完也能打到車的，也有很多小電驢，這個出門晚了就沒了
外面有小攤早餐特別難吃，麓風酒店的後面的餐廳的早餐也特別難吃，饅頭包子都被蒸氣浸的太濕了
我中午晚上都是在民宿樓下的餐館吃的，味道可以，我是中午必須得睡午覺的人，中午沒睡覺，下午也沒覺得困，如果有條件睡當然還是建議睡，沒時間睡也沒必須焦慮

環境還可以 離萬達也近 就是衞生真的挺一般的 剛到樓下沙發坐了十幾分鐘不知道被什麼咬了 懷疑是跳蚤類的 又癢 我身上有跳蚤類型就會這樣 床上睡了也是身上癢

上下兩層，很乾凈，可以自己燒飯，什麼條件都有，廚房自己擦乾淨不收費，他們收拾需要付30，停車有免費和收費，收費也不會，24小時大概在27左右
