入住體驗超乎預期，服務非常好，酒店環境沒得説，房間硬件也很好，前台辦理入住的服務人員佔穎、方焰明服務非常好，當天比較晚到達，開電瓶車接送的帥哥非常好，幫我們聯繫了餐廳，加班為我們準備晚餐，餐食也非常好吃，第二天漢服體驗館工作人員非常熱心幫挑選衣服，幫我們穿，中途電瓶車接送的小姐姐好像叫徐敏，非常貼心。酒店為我們升級了房型，庭院非常漂亮。第二天早上在酒店美麗的風景中拍照，真的是太讚了，非常非常喜歡這家酒店，下次有機會來一定再去住

整個酒店環境優美整潔，園林景觀堪比網紅打卡點，前台接待張尚惠態度熱情，還貼心為我們免費升級到親子房。餐廳服務員鄭俊雅和李娜熱情周到，早餐和晚餐都有求必應。園區內的接駁車也是隨叫隨到，態度非常禮貌。住了三天兩晚很開心，下次還會繼續入住！

園林式酒店環境沒的説，百年香樟樹、四季桂花香、小橋流水、竹林通幽、亭台水榭，無一不體現建築之魅力，是難得一見的性價比最高的酒店。我們住的是博雅閣，個人感覺是整個酒店裡性價最好的，5字頭的是一層帶小院，一雙一單兩張床，房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔。
