絕對不是五星的水平。可以大致理解為有一個快捷酒店的人員班子接過了一個五星酒店的管理。
列一下問題：
- 沒有門僮，大堂門口衹有一個老大爺保安在指揮開車來入住的旅客停車
- 辦入住的前台沒有主動告知早餐地點和時間，態度也很輕浮隨意
- 酒店佈局是比較分散的，前台和早餐在一個地方，客房和停車場在另一個地方，酒店針對這種佈局提供了接駁車服務，但接駁車是要叫的，沒有常駐在客房或前台隨時提供服務的，再加上沒有門僮使用起來並不方便
- 我們入住那兩天下雨，酒店沒有在任何地方擺放供住客取用的雨傘
- 房間裏沒有一次性拖鞋，提供的是重複使用的塑料拖鞋
- 早餐離結束半個小時時，百分之九十以上的菜品不是涼了就是沒了，甚至配粥的鹹菜都沒了。另外種類和質量也是我住過的五星裏最差的那一檔，
- 早餐米粉麪條處人手不足，沒人排隊但米粉要了10分鐘也沒有下鍋。問好了沒有，做粉的阿姨回答 "不要催我"
總得來説，酒店漂亮的環境（龍潭湖公園）和不錯的客房雖然可能給人一種五星的第一感覺，但事實上這個酒店就算評四星也不算紮實。
