旅遊旺季酒店大堂不開空調，前台服務人員明顯感覺是經過專業培訓的，但是專業性和熱情度希望進一步提升，當晚入住兩間房，一間正常，另外一間煙味明顯未經過處理，因為時間有點晚就沒有再折騰！
