我們訂的是雙人標間，結果入住不是廣告頁面介紹的看山觀景房，給了一個沒有窗户的雙人房間。經過交涉，店主説你們要的不是觀景房，那是360元一間的，無奈！
這裡是下水源村，距離縣城約4公里，民宿整體水平偏低，衹能湊合著住，到來租住的客人很少。
住在這裏距離大明山遊客中心有90公里，太遠了，錯誤的選擇導致我們去不成大明山的山上觀光。

房子很寬床很大，老闆娘的廚藝不錯！空氣清新泉水可以直接喝，離停車場很近方便出入，不需要爬坡平地走就到了，親子房間有空調漏水跟老闆娘説了也給換一個更好的！停車場那邊有條小溪很好玩，即使不去到下水源在小溪流水裡玩，在永遠池裡玩都很好了！離下水源也就2公里15分鐘車程。

老闆是個非常實在的人，我們國慶訂了七間房，當天早上有一家人臨時有事去不了，老闆還給退了房費。客棧依山錯層而建，每層有各自的特色，有泳池和公共娛樂區域，比較適合家庭帶孩子或者朋友聚會。民宿餐廳廚師做的菜味道非常好，份量很足，是個聚會的好地方！

老闆超級實誠，國慶衹訂到一天的房，住在泳池邊，山泉水池，水很冰，不過適合我們休閑帶娃。餐廳菜的分量很足，風景不錯
