Sofitel Properties in Shanghai

My first time at Sofitel Shanghai, and it was super convenient with its location close to both my client and the high-speed train station. The service was really warm and welcoming (the housekeeping staff was so thoughtful; it's rare to have all my drinking water requests met at once, which is a huge plus for business travelers). The hotel decor is lovely, and the room was quiet, far exceeding my expectations. A big thank you to Chelsea for the arrangements!

The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with spacious and bright rooms. The mattress and bedding are incredibly comfortable, really helping improve sleep. Breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options. From the security guards at the entrance to the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and even the cleaning aunties, everyone's attitude was exceptionally good. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. On the day we checked in, a friend from out of town brought two pre-dressed old hens as a gift. It was already past midnight, so we approached the front desk to ask if they could store them in the freezer for us. The kind young man on duty immediately contacted the kitchen and helped us solve the problem without a second thought. This is truly a high-end hotel, a guarantee of quality. I will definitely be bringing my family and friends back to stay here in the future!
