Very beautiful hotel and the lobby smell was amazing. The little robot butler is always a plus, comfortable beds, awesome smart toilet, and the cleaning ayi was great! The only con is the limited English of the staff.

was a nice and clean hotel. checkin and check out was fast and flawless. staff are polite and kind too.

The facility and hygiene is good and acceptable. Willis from front desk works flexible and upgraded the room for a better experience. Location, minutes work from Metro and there is a mall and park nearby. Highly recommended for staying during non-peak seasons.

Room and equipment’s brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms could use more soundproofing but overall pleasant stay!

This is probably one of my worst hotel experiences. As soon as I got here, the worker at the front desk "Liu Qian" was already being rude from the start. No service, terrible attitudes. Around 7pm that night I ordered Food Delivery, which arrived around 7:28. I called at 7:35 to have my food delivery sent upstairs. By 7:45 I got nothing. I called at 5 times with no response so I went down to see what was going on - They sent 1 out of 3 of my packages up with the robot. My food order was left sitting outside in the cold for 30 MINUTES!!!! They did not attempt to let me know that they could not find my food and instead ignored my calls and said "they were busy"

Hotel well located in Minghan Shanghai, quite location with small garden nearby for morning jogging..
