Very clean and quiet but best of all is the helpful staff. Jason at the reception is really great and he will assist you with any special request.

The room has been upgraded and has good lighting. The breakfast is rich and has special snacks. Check-out is at 12 noon. The environment is very quiet. It is not far from the subway entrance, but the Didi driver is unwilling to drive into the hotel. You have to walk to the roadside to get in the car.

Therefore: staying in a good professional hotel with good service and comfort, going to the ancient town to have fun during the day and fully relax and rest is the best choice. I also like the hotel breakfast, which is very cost-effective. I like Western breakfast, and I can choose butter rye bread, milk corn, machine-made coffee, and Chinese handmade noodles. The hotel price is based on the brand value of Novotel Hotel. The room is priced enough for civilians, so the quality of this breakfast is still ok. The bar area on the 3rd floor is spacious and bright, which is also one of the features.

The double bed room I stayed in had a large interior space. The design was very simple and elegant. It was very comfortable to sleep at night. It was my first choice in Qingpu District. Especially the staff: Nancy's service was very thoughtful and gave me a feeling of being at home.

The design of the lobby is OK. The room is spacious but empty and has no decoration. The four white walls make you feel like you are living in a canteen. The view outside the window is good and it is quiet at night. The service attitude is average.
