Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road Reviews

I had a great stay at this hotel in Shanghai. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai!

Hotel location to Nanjing road is very strategic and close to METRO. Room amenities is fine with broad window to view the streets at higher floor. TV and lighting is fine, room has no foul smoking smell. Toiletries all provided and water bottles available upon request. Luggage safe keeping is fine too. However toilet floor need to be resurfaced.

Great location and walking distance to Nanjing Road. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Room is clean & bed alao comfortable

The hotel strategic. Near food place and shop places. Near nanjing road. Breakfast okay. The room quite big and clean. Get mineral water. For toothbrush ask at the front office. Will stay there again.

The hotel staffs are friendly and responsive … the room is spacious . The breakfast buffet has quite good variety of choices . And , the hotel location is near to Nanjing pedestrian road and 人民广场， walkable distance to 外滩

My room was very nice and comfortable. It had all of the amenities to be expected and it was very clean. The service was very good. I was given an upgraded room, and the service given by Ella was very professional and friendly. She has good English and is very nice. Thank you again, Ella. 😀

Very convenient location and in the heart of Pedestrian street. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Lot of eating places nearby. Very close to Bund also

Love this hotel so much . The Best stay so far . I travel a lot because of my job. But Holiday Inn in Nanjing road is the Best so far. Everything is all good. I have been to Shanghai so many times . This time I traveled with my mum. She can’t walk too far because she got very bad knee pain. So the location for this hotel is perfect . Literally it located right in the middle of the Nanjing road . I mean just walk one block . You are right in the Nanjing Road . My mum can easily walk to the Bund in about 10 minutes. I really need to give the the front desk Lucy a Bravo , she is so professional , caring and accommodating our needs so well . The breakfast is nice too . The room is so spacious too. Definitely recommend this hotel

location is very good that it is near by nanjing street while away from noisy crowd. As per taxi driver. Every nite is jam this area, so if you want to go out pls go by metro. Hotel room is ok size, enough for 2 adults 2 kids. You will be able to see d shopping street from hotel room. Check in process is seamless, u can order delivery n d robot will send food to your hotel room. Overall stay experience is good.

Very clean and modern hotel rooms with a good view of nanjing shopping street. Around 30 minutes walk from the bund. Staff speaks very good english and is very friendly and warm. Special thanks to Ricci and Sameer Khan to make our stay even more special.
