Mind blowing convenient location, proximity to restaurants and Cafe Opp this hotel, makes my stay extemely comfortable.
We visit Shanghai atleast 5 times in a year and have been staying at this hotel since last 6 years. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms. But not much accommodation for foreign guests. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many options and no communication regarding breakfast times.

I originally thought that the facilities of a hotel that is less than 10 years old would not be too bad, and All Seasons is a well-known hotel chain, so the hygiene should not be too bad. However, after checking in, I found that the facilities were a bit shabby (the wallpaper was discolored and had curled edges), the floor near the glass door of the shower was also very unhygienic (it looked like there was wet and yellow unidentified dirt), and the folds of the bed sheets seemed to have been rubbed with black dust due to improper storage. Because I was tired from the journey and went out to eat after checking in, I didn't notice the problem with the shower until quite late at night when I came back.
