Zhujiajiao Jingting Inn

The first Ctrip review is dedicated to Jingting. It is really a paradise. When I first traveled to Zhujiajiao with my parents, I was curious about the exquisite living room inside and thought that I must stay there next time. So I chose a weekend to come with my boyfriend. I didn’t expect that there was another world behind the exquisite living room. Let’s talk about this Chinese courtyard first, which is full of the fragrance of plum blossoms, gurgling water, and stone bridges. The room is facing the plum tree, and the details are as detailed as the chess table under the patio. The landscape is so in line with my aesthetics that I quickly took a picture for the designer of the house in the future. Let’s talk about the warm service. The parking lot store came to pick us up at the hand-cranked boat dock (completely different from the battery boat we stayed in before), and we visited the beautiful scenery of Zhujiajiao all the way to the homestay dock. The housekeeper carefully introduced the process of checking in, and took us around after getting the key. After entering the room, he introduced the use of each device and the placement of items. There were snacks, hot monk fruit Pu'er tea and fruits on the table. The afternoon tea was also full of sincerity, with various types. I brought a book and sat there for the whole afternoon without realizing it. The next day, the hand-rowed boat took us to the teahouse for breakfast. It was called breakfast, but we slept until 11 o'clock, which was really relaxing. The breakfast was full of carbohydrates. It is worth mentioning that I lost a bottle of eye drops in the room, and the store owner sent it to me. The boss is worthy of being a female boss with Virgo rising. Her attitude towards details is really touching. She also taught us some health knowledge. I hope the business of the store will get better and better. When we want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city again one day, we will visit this "Peach Blossom Land" again.

The Jingting in the thousand-year-old ancient town of Zhujiajiao is a quaint homestay built by the water, hidden in the tenderness of the misty Jiangnan. Through the carved wooden windows, you can see several plum trees standing proudly in the courtyard. It is said that every March, the petals fall like pink snow, adding a dreamy agility to this quiet courtyard. Stepping into the courtyard, the design of Sanshui Guitang makes people feel as if they are in a pure and elegant world. The trickling sound of water and the faint ancient fragrance are intertwined, outlining the tranquility and elegance unique to the Jiangnan ancient houses. Every corner of the courtyard seems to be whispering the story of the years, which makes people linger. The owner of the well pavilion is an elegant and restrained woman, who seems to have condensed the tenderness and wisdom of the entire Jiangnan region in her every move. Her plants, tables, chairs, and even meals and drinks all reveal her pursuit of quality and dedication to life. On a cold winter night, if you are lucky enough to chat with her by the large copper stove in the hall, the flickering firelight will shine on her face, and as she tells the story, the coldness will gradually dissipate. However, the most surprising thing is the warmth when you return to your room on a cold night. When you get into bed and touch the electric blanket that has been prepared, at that moment, the warmth reaches your heart like ripples, as if all the fatigue and coldness have disappeared. Soon, you will fall asleep peacefully accompanied by the tranquility and tenderness of the Jiangnan night, and the dream is still the misty and tenderness of this ancient town.

This is a homestay that I have always had a liking for. I have always wanted to come here. I took advantage of the photo plan this time and stayed for one night. It really made me feel at home, as comfortable and cozy as at home, and I felt the hospitality of the host. The hotel can pick up at Hongqiao Station, and then you don’t have to worry about it all the way. One-click check-in is very worry-free. The environment is very good, the yard is very beautiful, and many details are the owner’s intentions. There are many interesting stories behind it. It is really clean. To borrow a sentence from my aunt: Although it is an old house of more than 300 years, it does not feel gray. The travel supplies are very comprehensive, and even two sets of pajamas are prepared for guests. There are also various teas that I particularly like. My aunt will put them in a small rattan thermos after brewing them, and you can ask my aunt for more after drinking. People who love tea will have a feast these two days. It just happened that the New Year is approaching, and I saw that the owner was very careful to arrange the boat and the house. He did it himself, and the handmade party loved it again. The owner of the house was also very approachable. We drank tea and chatted, and learned about the origins of many old items. It was very interesting. Some of the little knowledge I only knew before was expanded a lot. I also learned that the house has activities every year during festivals, and you can also invite teachers to make up the head of the opera. I was really tempted. In the future, I will have a good place to cultivate myself and relax after work.

Checking into the B&B by rowing a boat is full of ritual. The layout of the room is also very unique, giving a feeling of time travel. The toiletries, slippers, snacks, and fruits provided in the room are eye-catching. In particular, breakfast is eaten in the teahouse opposite by rowing a boat. It is very rich and tastes particularly good. It is said that the owner of the B&B is from Yunnan. The tea provided by the B&B is very unique. You can choose the tea you like to taste. I especially want to thank the housekeeper, who is very kind and responsive. I will invite friends to stay for a few days to drink tea and chat in the future. It is very worthwhile.
