Location is perfect. Near to bus stop, metro and most of the attactions are nearby.
Room is clean and bedding is neat.
However, there s strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel and so in the room as well. For someone who's not a smoker, it's going to be hell to stay in the room or to sleep.

The house is very small, and they said there was free parking, but it turned out to be charged. There was no water dispenser, and the curtains were broken. However, the customer service was good.

Great location. The rooms are very small, but clean and good to sleep and shower there. Reception staff is nice and helpful. For this price, it is just a great choice. I would totally recommend for couples or solo travellers if you want to stay in a good area in Shanghai with cheap accommodation.
