設施：齊全，比較乾淨，也有早餐停車場都有，而且比較安靜樓下也有吃飯的地方，整天感覺還是很不錯的！價格也還可以！

前台服務差了點，前台標誌是一邊為訪客登記一邊是住宿登記，但其實都可以辦理住宿登記，結果客人不問，空着的前台寧可看着客人排隊，也不會主動招呼，非得等客人自己問，結果辦理後上樓的電梯卡死活還刷不了，問了怎麼回事，還是不來處理，最後讓保安人員重新操作，另外，明明有2份早餐，卻自始至終沒有告訴早餐用餐事宜，還得第二天客人自己再去問了，才告訴一聲，首次住維也納酒店，果然不是一般的差

房間面積：還可以，挺不錯的
影音設備：網絡電路，但無會員，看不了什麼。
早餐：有意思，按客調整。
去萬達是個單行線，這點要注意。

總體還可以，服務態度ok，衹不過點外賣沒有機器人送餐的話確實很不方便呢，每次都要下樓拿，希望能夠有所改善
