Crystal Orange Shanghai the Bund Yu Garden Hotel

The terrace room I booked was incredibly comfortable! I asked the front desk if they could give me a bigger room so my child would have space to run around, and they assigned me room 503. The location is unbeatable, right by Yu Garden subway station, and within acceptable walking distance to the Bund. There's also a bus stop right outside. When we checked out, they even gave my baby a box of snacks, which was a lifesaver on the high-speed train ride – kept the little one from getting fussy. There's free coffee and lemonade in the lobby, and it felt like half the guests were foreigners. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Great location, convenient for visiting Yu Garden and the Bund. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite rich. Recommended!

The hotel's location is superb, less than a 5-minute walk to Yuyuan Old Street. Rooms are cleaned daily, and there's a laundry room. Staff even bring your cleaned clothes to your room, and there's free coffee. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Crystal Orange Hotel Yu Garden is genuinely great! It's right next to Yu Garden, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure and hot water. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, which was very satisfying. Quite good, it's in a busy area but the soundproofing is excellent. They provide a kid's set for those traveling with children, which is convenient. The only downside is that pulling luggage across the carpet is a bit muffled, and it's quite an effort with heavy bags.

The subway is very convenient, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. The room was also very comfortable to stay in.
