Parent & Child suite was a perfect layout for our stay. Service is excellent, from front desk to house keeping team. They serve you tea while waiting for cab or even when you are simply doing an enquiry. The restaurant team keeps the place clean and make your breakfast experience enjoyable. They go the extra mile to help resolve your problems. Though the hotel is non-smoking, guests choose to break the rules and the smell was bad on our floor. We shared our discomfort and the reception team immediately found us another room on another floor. The rest of our stay was more pleasant. Small nice touch: complimentary drinks and snacks daily. Complimentary shuttle to Disneyland but a little far from main tourist attractions. Not an issue as the train station is in front of the hotel and traveling on cab is a brisk when you use DIDI.

Very clean and nice hotel

The first time I stayed in this hotel, it is very close to the subway station. From the moment I entered the door, I could smell the exclusive fragrance of Atour. The lobby is bright and high-ceilinged. The service at the front desk is very good. Tea was served when I checked in. I stayed for one day, but it still felt very warm. Every staff member was able to smile at the guests even when they were very busy. The room was very clean. I specially looked at the shower floor drain, which was also clean and hair-free. The air conditioning effect was very good. The breakfast was very good, especially the soy milk, which was freshly ground and tasted very good. The room area was OK, bright, square, with good lighting, and good hardware facilities. The TV had a projection screen. The floor was also arranged on a high floor. I didn't expect to see the Oriental Pearl Tower at night. When I checked in, the front desk told me that if I needed to wash clothes, I could put them in the laundry basket in the room, write labels, and the staff would wash them and send them back to the room. I want to express my gratitude most to the ladies at the front desk. They really responded to requests and solved many problems. This time I went to Shanghai to go to Disneyland. The front desk took the initiative to provide a travel guide. According to the guide and route given by the front desk It really saved a lot of queuing time. It told me the best place to watch the fireworks, so I didn't have to queue up early. For those who go to Disney for the first time, it can save a lot of queuing time. There are also shuttle buses to Disneyland, which need to be booked in advance. It doesn't matter if you don't make an appointment. It only takes more than 20 minutes to get there by subway. The hotel is right after getting off the subway. It's very convenient. In short, I am very satisfied with this trip and will continue to choose it next time.
