相對周邊，文華酒店舒適感最高！住在朝南，一扇窗看明珠，一扇窗看江～喜歡前台小蘇姑娘，得體温婉😁 停車方便，泡澡，投屏兩不誤～

酒店環境還是非常不錯的 房間辦入住的時候房間也給到我了一個升級 房間景色也很美 酒店的工作人員Zella和Jennifer都很不錯 特別是Jennifer非常專業 非常好。

中秋在浦東直麪颱風，孩子身體不好沒能參與捕魚大亨小童遊戲。 設施：備註帶孩子，很貼心的將房間尖鋭的地方都用防撞條包裹👍🏻16年重新裝修，設施還可以，但如果能升級吹風機和智能馬桶就更好了。 衞生：總體不錯，細節處理的也很好。 服務：工作人員總體比較熱情

總體很滿意。雖然是很多年的酒店，但服務水平在線，設施有些年代了，但還是挺乾淨。房間很寬敞，地理位置也好，清晨出酒店走到門口就是濱江，隨時隨地欣賞浦江風景。
