Jinjiang Inn Select (Shanghai International Tourist Resort Huinan Wild Animal Park) Reviews

I booked this hotel for the night before an early flight from PVG. It’s actually quite far from the airport though, around 20km. The room I booked was supposed to have a window but it was actually just a tiny window facing a tiny outdoor area, so there was no natural light. Room was small but reasonably clean.

Great hotel and the surrounding is calm and peaceful. 13km from the airport and 5km from Huinan subway station 🚉.

The receptionist who welcomed us was hospitable. However, the receptionist after her was not accomodating. We requested for additional bottled waters but was not given and was not also helpful of where we can purchase. The rooms are also dirty. Overall, I can say that the service of the hotel is below the average. The only advantage is the hotel is near to Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

The staff was very polite, and very helpful and patient with me, a foreigner who doesn’t speak the language.

Very good. Breakfast is also very good! The price/performance ratio is very good. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The cleaning aunt is also very good. She cleaned our room very well when we extended our stay. She has a good attitude and is mainly quiet. The robot service is also very good👍

The hotel parking lot is not large, but it is still relatively convenient. The room decoration is also a bit old, and the sanitation work is pretty good. The bath water is quite large and it feels very comfortable to wash in.

Jinjiang Inn has warm service and convenient transportation. Like it👍

After looking around the surrounding shops, I chose Jinjiang Pinshang. I didn't know what was on the floor of the room I was assigned on the 3rd floor. My shoes stuck to my soles when I walked. There were stains all over the aisle beside the bed. After reporting it to the front desk, I found a room on the 6th floor. However, the bathroom smelled bad. I thought I would just stay there for one night and talk about it the next day. The front desk found another room on the 5th floor. It looked okay overall. I moved to the 5th floor. The front desk service was okay. If there was any problem, it would be dealt with quickly. It may have been renovated in 2016. The room looked old overall. The hardware facilities were all aging. The lighting was dim. Many of the showerhead water holes were blocked. The air conditioning was okay for heating. The mattress was okay and not dented. The order came with a breakfast, but the front desk didn't seem to see it. It was not given until I asked for it in the morning.

Worse than other places 👎🏻, the socket can't charge, and even though someone came over, they couldn't solve the problem

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. It didn't cool down after turning it on all night. The screens in the room were broken and many south rooms were blocked.

In order to book a nearby exam, I compared several hotels in the surrounding area. The price has certain advantages. It meets the standards of Jinjiang chain. It is clean and well-equipped. Fortunately, the nearby rooms are relatively quiet, so I can have a good rest.
