Generally, hotel cleanliness is acceptable. Not easily accessible by Metro but good that free transfer to Pudong airport is provided. This hotel is 1 of the 3 pickup point. There are restaurants outside the hotel

Great to stay a night here☺️☺️ Very convenient location and have airport pick up transport 24 hours.. Good hygiene of the rooms and toilet👍👍 many choices of breakfast 👍👍👍 somemore a little sweet gift from the receptionist.. Good service and friendly staffs here.. the driver of the bus also very helpful and friendly.. Will come back again on next time😄😄

Booked family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room exactly as per advertised. Breakfast so so, not much choices.

I forgot to take a photo of the room. But the room is Ok. Hotel's surroundings are really great! There are supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel provided the free shuttle to/from Disneyland and Hotel.

We booked the family room with cartoon thyme. It may be a little bit old but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants near the hotel. There is family mart and hey tea where you can shop and drink the tea you like.

The hotel quite clean and front desk of hotel very kindness and helpful (both of them, Ms Kan and ?? They no. is 302,303.. if I’m not wrong) ** even though I forgot passport , it seem to be lost .. both of them help to contact didi and hotel in Huaihai to deliver it to me at the mid night time.. I’m so appreciate their help..cause in that day I have only solo stay before fly back to my home. Btw, it have shuttle bus to Disney land and pudong airport …and near hotel have a lot of shop that can walk to there and find something to eat. (They are so delicious) If I have chance to travel again to shanghai , I will be booked this hotel again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The shuttle bus was on time. We arrived at the airport at midnight, and after waiting for 45 minutes, the bus arrived. We felt so touched, especially since it was our first time landing in Shanghai. The lady at the front desk was friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions. Thank you so much. We will definitely come again when we visit this place next time.

A good place to stay near the airport. We stayed one night to catch a morning flight back home. We reached the hotel in the afternoon so we were able to go to Disneyland Town for the whole evening (a good place to go without buying a Disneyland ticket). Hotel provides the shuttle back from Disneyland and to the airport. The driver (赵师傅) is very nice and on time. Hotel is also provided us with a simple breakfast (bread and milk) for our pick up to airport at 5.05am.

The hotel is good and clean with free shuttle bus service to Shanghai Disneyland.

It's the second time I. Book this hotel and it's very good they have a shuttle bus to the airport 24/7 Rhe breakfast is good and they even gave me a complimentary coffee when I left. The girls at the reception are really amazing and well organized. This time unfortunately my room had a strong cigarette smell that disappointed me.

Far away from famous place. But it is very near Disneyland and Airport. Free shuttle buses provided also.

Good choice if you travel to Disneyland.. free shutter from Airport and Disneyland. Great services from staffs, front desk, house keepers. They are friendly and helpful. A lot food choices nearby.

The hotel is good for travellers who go to the airport in early morning. It provides 24 hr free shuttle bus fron and to the airport. I arrived before check in time but the room already was ready so I could check in.

Booked this hotel because of airport shuttle bus, very convenient to catch an early flight.
