The hotel is located in the suburbs, wanted to change to a branch near the center but the hotel refused. The hallway has a heater and is very cold. The bathroom is cold, the toilet seat is dirty, the pillow is very thin and had to ask for an extra pillow to lie on. After checking out and leaving the luggage, the luggage was left outside the aisle and the staff did not take it away and when asked to go to the toilet, they did not let me go, saying that I was outside and could not go to the toilet in the hotel. Definitely will not come back here again or this home inn chain :(
