酒店地理位置不錯，外灘一線江景，近豫園。
裝潢設施雖有些老舊，但是酒店的員工都很熱情，前台同事專業，態度佳，主觀能動性極強，很多酒店現在已經缺少這樣的服務意識了，很不錯。

由於定的房型沒有雙床了，前台小姐姐給升級了房間。酒店位置優越，直接看到三件套。可惜颱風登陸，晚上的景觀燈光關閉。總體來説還是很不錯的👍🏻

This was a very pleasant stay, and a special shout out to Yina at the front desk! She was very welcoming and professional from the moment we walked in. During check-in, she patiently answered all our questions and offered many suggestions on nearby attractions and dining, which greatly enhanced our stay.
Yina was not only efficient, but also always had a smile on her face, which gave people a very friendly feeling. She was able to solve any problems quickly, which made us feel very relieved and satisfied. Her service attitude was impeccable and truly reflected the high quality of the hotel.
