Clean and new hotel, well located but quite small. Nice little gym and good laundry service.

Older hotel, but clean. They were very helpful when checking in. My husband had lost his passport and they were willing to use pictures that we had of it. Note to foreign travellers...make sure you have pictures of your passport, including visa and the latest entry stamp. It sure helped. Happy ending, we found the passport at the train station lost and found.

The staffs Zhang qi qi and Li Wen are really friendly. We had mid night check in but overall stay was comfortable.

Not a good experience in my case. Very difficult check in. Hopefully it is not the way they treat their customers in general.

Booked this hotel to catch an early flight from Hongqiao. It takes 10 minutes by taxi. Very convenient. The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The minibar has a wide variety of products. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is rich. It is worth recommending!

Since I had a flight early the next morning, I chose the Atour Hotel near Hongqiao Airport. I used the Shanghai consumption voucher and spent only 300 yuan a night. I was originally staying alone and was given a king-size bed room. Later, I saw that my classmate changed his flight ticket to Pudong and brought his child to stay with me. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff was very considerate and helped to change to a family suite (I forgot to take a photo). The service attitude of various staff members inside was very good. They came out from a distance to help carry the suitcase. They were also very kind to the children.

The room and location are good. The hotel is recommended for early flights. If you don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning, the hotel can pack breakfast in advance. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on, and it is convenient and fast to take a taxi to the airport.
