This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The worst experience! The worst service ever. Arriving at 10 PM, we were already exhausted. When we lifted the covers, we found a black spot on one bed's sheet and a large yellow stain on the other. We called the front desk to change the sheets, but they were extremely rude. We had to change them twice before they finally changed the sheets without the black spot. Finally, they only changed the sheets on one bed, claiming no one was at the front desk. The next day, after changing the other bed's sheets, we still found the black spot, and there was even a short hair on the sheets. We asked for another change, but they were still rude. Not only did they knock over my drink, but they also gave me a stern look and an impatient expression. Avoid this hotel! I'm speechless.
