The front desk helped to upgrade the room type, the service staff helped to press the elevator, pushed the luggage into the room, and even introduced the room facilities. From check-in to check-out, every service staff I met along the way was very enthusiastic. There are also airport shuttles and round-trip shuttles to Disney. The experience is great😊

整個酒店還算整潔乾淨，服務人員很熱情會主動打招呼，晚上餓了叫了外賣是前台客服人員親自送上來的。就是房間的衞生細節可以擦的更乾淨些，附近好幾家快捷酒店並且樓下吃的宵夜非常多。早上每個整點都會有送去浦東機場的小巴車，師傅會幫你拎行李並且還會説幾句簡單的英語哈哈哈，停車免費，性價比很高，下次浦東機場出發還會選擇入住

服務非常到位，早上很豐富，中餐西餐都有工作人員非常友好，熱情幫我們主動送到房間介紹房間的設施房間每天擺放了免費的水果，衞生間是乾濕分離的，下次來機場還會入住，這裏還有免費的停車場
含浦東機場、迪士尼、野生動物園、惠南地鐵站班車:有免費的班車接送服務

服務都挺好的，很熱情很主動，晚上還提供泡腳。唯一美中不足的是早上送去迪士尼，6.30出發，司機開的很慢，這個點就我們三個人開的小車，司機開的慢騰騰，我們買了早享票，本來預計最多開半小時7點到，結果司機開的慢還開錯了兩次道，兩個道都封路了，這對買了早享票的我們太致命了，開錯兩次道才開了導航，結果又不按導航走，導航説左轉他直行，又堵車又紅燈，足足開了塊1個小時才到，將近7點20快7點半了才送到，各位懂我們買了早享票的心情嘛，雖然説那天是有霧高速封道，但是司機肯定要知道路況的，早點開導航也會知道哪條路好走，嗐，晚到了這麼久基本沒啥早享的感覺了，酒店應該培訓一下司機

非常友好，非常的熱情，早餐非常豐盛，還有很多寶寶餐，寶寶的餐具都有，衞生間，是乾濕分離的，環境衞生也很好，去浦東迪士尼非常推薦以後來浦東機場還會入住這裏的
