早餐豐富，房間空間比較大，單人Happy Hour晚餐一般般，去的晚一點就沒了，等了很長時間再加幾個菜。

總的來説感受蠻好的。服務也是有求必應，打掃很及時，態度很和善。家裡人怕熱，跟前台反應空調不製冷之後他們派了師傅來看，後面證明空調沒問題，他們就拿了冷風機過來，立馬就不熱了。還有自助晚餐吃的也不錯，門口的小姐姐也很有禮貌，很温柔。
另外重點表揚43樓中餐廳的孫經理，點菜的時候得知家裡人痛風，他會幫忙推薦適合痛風病人的菜品，而且得知我們胃口不大，就會提醒我們菜量夠了，不行再加不要浪費。不像有的人巴不得你點越貴越多越好。而且吃飯那天剛好颱風天，我看到孫經理一直提醒客人不要坐靠窗的位子，一直説著安全第一，感覺他是個很有職業道德的很負責的人。再次表揚他！
最後提一句，感覺辦理入住的人手太少。因為不是第一次去了，每次去了已經是中午了，但還是辦不了入住，前台站一堆人在那排隊。這也就算了，因為臨近中午辦不了入住衹好坐在兩邊，但是因為人家要用午餐了，就拖個行李箱被趕來趕去，這個感受有點不太好。一進房間有股煙味，跟前台反應後他們立馬免費升級了套房，入住過程可謂是一波三折，但總算圓滿解決，有機會會再去的。

碰上台風天直接辦理了續住，前台還貼心的給續住兩間房都送了早餐，原本想要給好評的。中午的時候突然停電了，就一個保潔阿姨説了句停電了，就沒有之後了。當天晚上10點多發現房間漏水嚴重，給前台打電話説是大小領導都下班了 沒有個可以做主的，衹能先換個同樓層很裏面的房間（該房間看着像是別人才退出不久的，房間配套的洗浴用品都沒擺放），孩子鬧覺，不得不抱着孩子在那收拾。全程衹見到一個保潔阿姨送了個房卡，也不見有人來問下是否需要幫忙，最氣的是給新房卡的時候還馬上把舊房卡收走了。不然還能先帶孩子去房間睡着後再來收拾。再説送的早餐，孩子那天衹喝了一杯牛奶和一根香腸，當天中午就開始出現拉肚子，一直到晚上。不知道是因為中秋節前夜還是説颱風剛過的關係，酒店當晚留守的工作人員就衹看到個保潔阿姨。停電，房間漏水固然是颱風導致的，但後續完全沒有服務和解釋，甚至一直到辦理退房，也不見有半個人來説下抱歉，就很生氣了。

中秋帶着孩子，長者來短期度假，位於遠香湖湖畔的嘉定凱悦地理位置非常好，離開上海市區又比較近，以前經常來，是上海郊區周邊度假的一個很好的選擇，前台的Herman小姐姐很熱情周到和專業，定的三間房都給我們升級了湖景，還有一間轉角視野很好的房間，入住當天，32層的客房打掃阿姨也很周到客氣，服務很好，另外，凱悦的自助早餐和晚餐還是一如既往的豐富。
