Overall it's not bad. The room is better than expected. The only problem is that the 3D movie projection screen is a bit useless. The screen design is not very reasonable. It would be better if there was a flat screen.

The service at the front desk was extremely poor. There was no etiquette or manners. There was no humane way to handle customers' unintentional duplicate bookings, so that the guests were stranded at the front desk for more than an hour. Even when they were about to leave, the parking manager at the main entrance of the hotel was absent without reason, and the car did not need to be parked, so my car could not be driven out normally. I asked the front desk staff to coordinate, and they said it was the business of the parking staff who contracted the hotel and I should contact them. This kept me stranded for about 30 minutes.
