I really enjoyed my stay! The location is excellent, with a metro station and shops nearby. There are plenty of cafes around, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Plus, there’s parking available, which is a great bonus.

Well located Hotel in Shanghai. The line 14 is a 8 min walk. The service was great and you get your food delivered in the hall, the hotel robot will bring it to your room.

Orange hotel is very clean, fair price and amenities are good. A couple of things that travelers may want to know is EVERYTHING is orange themed. So soaps, teas, even toothpaste is orange flavoured. That was a bit much for me (I thought I came out smelling like a gummy bear, but others might find that charming 😂). The mirror also isn't very well lighted for makeup application if you're someone who cares about that. All in all, a good stay. Location is fantastic, 5ish minute walk from subway, and bed was a dream to sleep in. Would stay again.

Simple, clean and conveniently located. We got a free upgrade. Staff are friend and love them serving warm water upon arrival. The children cutlery at breakfast is also very cute.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful retreat or a good night’s sleep without the usual city noise. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. One thing to note, however, is that some areas of the room seemed a bit dusty. While this didn’t significantly affect my overall stay, it’s something to be aware of if you are sensitive to dust. Despite this, I found the ambiance cozy and the room clean and comfortable. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor.

We always choose to stay at this Orange Hotel due to its location. it's very close to restaurants, cafes and bars.. You can either walk, cycle or take a cab and arrive within minutes at good places. Furthermore, it's clean and the staff is very friendly.

Booked for my friends. The room was very clean though not very big. They were greeted by a AI robot at the lobby and he's also the deliveryman when my friends ordered foods at midnight. Concierge lady was very polite.

A wonderful service and decent location. The main problem is that the hotel is too hot. Although it is December the local weather is still not cold enough ti be constantly 28 degrees inside. It was quite suffocating and although many local travelers might be more used ti the heat, foreigners from cooler countries certainly might struggle. There was no way to adjust to a cooler temperature with air con so I had to use a fan.
