在這住了半個月，今天退房了，在大廳坐了一會兒，聽到一個大哥下來和前台吵架，大哥説：自己每天11多不到12，前台催房費的電話沒接，就有人上去敲門了，嚴重影響自己休息。服務員也不甘示弱：表示顧客不要為難，12點要交接班，要是大哥服了房費，不就沒這回事了。大哥説自己住了一個月了，沒少過錢，就是想晚點下來再帶給他。這事我不評價，咱也不知道誰對誰錯。我倒是挺理解女前台的，即便她態度不好。然後，沒一會，我想上廁所了，就起身問前台，你們廁所有紙嗎？@這個阿姨，手指着門外説：出門邊上有個玻璃門，玻璃門正對着的是廁所。”我愣住了，因為我知道酒店一樓有廁所，可是她讓我出去。她看我愣住，有指着外面，告訴我外面玻璃門那邊出去，有個廁所！要攆我走。看她讓我出去上長陽美食坊的廁所，我心想應該是她們一樓廁所沒紙吧，外面的公廁有紙吧。我就去了。發現那邊廁所沒紙，沒辦法又回到酒店廁所，看到酒店的廁所是有紙的。我的媽呀，住了半個月，才退房一會。連廁所都不讓我上了。這家酒店確實小氣呀，或者是當時值班的阿姨是真的小氣啊，不知道是因為和上一個大哥吵架了，還是看我是個小姑娘，所以才攆我去公廁，還是説她沒有把我當成顧客，因為我是路過要蹭廁所的，覺得我要佔便宜了，唉，大上海沒有人情啊
