Everything was good. However, the basin was smelly and the drain at the shower area needs improvement.

This hotel is truly great value for money! As soon as you enter the lobby, it exudes a high-end feel. The hotel smells wonderful and the decor is sophisticated! The room itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious! Although there's no window, for this price on the Bund, it's an absolute steal! The location is incredibly convenient, with bus stops and ride-sharing pick-up points right outside. It's really fantastic! If I get the chance to visit Shanghai again, I'll definitely book here!

The hotel's location is superb, right across the street from the Bund, and very close to the ferry terminal, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the front desk service is warm and attentive.

Location wise is very convenient basically near to the bund and just across the street. Traffic can be bad on weekend…really near to yuyuan room view is totally spectacular with nice view, room wise provide free mini bar perhaps cleanliness on the room can still be enhanced.

The room was really clean and quiet, and it even had a laundry room and a gym. It's super close to the Bund, and the staff were all very friendly. I felt totally comfortable staying there alone with my child. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the dining area was well-laid out and quiet. It's truly a perfect hotel for introverts! I also loved the color scheme. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in town! 😁

Booked for the Bund View The window is huge and look good from far... However the dirt on the window spoiled The light outside of window also disturbing There's a small window which is not covers by curtain//blind, so sunlight flash your eyes in the morning... Normal room is good

The hotel's location is excellent; the Bund is right outside, perfect for photos without the crowds. It's also super convenient for visiting Yu Garden and finding places to eat. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The facilities are quite comprehensive. Even though it's an old building, the interior decoration is very well done and comfortable. The location is excellent; you step right out to the Bund, and a short walk takes you to Shiliyangchang (the Bund area). It's also very close to Yu Garden.

The location is good. However the cleanliness of the hotel is not satisfying where we saw some inserts / bugs including small spider in the room. Can see spider web above the bed ceiling . Also, the design of the toilet / basin is not practical which the water is always flowing outside. The plus point is the location is superb and the breakfast is not bad. Do not expect full 4/5 stars service as you have to carry and push your luggage to check in.

Guests staying on Levels 3–5 need to transfer lifts at Level 2, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water daily, but additional bottles are available upon request from the front desk staff. A highlight for guests with long hair is the Laifen hairdryer provided in the room, which dries hair quickly and efficiently. The hotel also offers two types of pillows, including a memory foam option for added comfort. Laundry facilities are available with commercial-grade washers and dryers, though you may need to wait during peak periods, particularly on Sunday evenings. Overall, the hotel offers comfortable rooms and useful amenities, with only a few areas that could be improved.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the hallway was very quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and there's a free self-service laundry room and gym. The bedding was comfortable, so I slept really well. It's an excellent choice for business trips or travel.

I was particularly impressed by the professional and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. Its prime location makes exploring the Bund and nearby attractions incredibly easy, saving plenty of travel time.

Though this room type isn't huge, it's generally comfortable and clean. All the furniture and appliances are quite new, and it even comes with a smart system. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, making for a very pleasant shower. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.
