1、位置好，地鐵1號10號12號線陝西南路站很近，步行7-8分鐘可達。離上海音樂學院和復旦大學附屬眼耳鼻喉科醫院也很近，都是步行10分鐘內距離。
2、兩張大床，睡4個人沒問題。晚上很安靜，對睡眠友好。
3、設施齊全，但是有一點不是很理想，淋浴龍頭出水太小。
4、房間沒有窗户，潮濕的天氣會有一點點通風不良的味道。衞生間有窗户。

400的價格住如此之差！！！！從大路走到房間門口之間的環境簡直無法想象，一進弄子就是兩個大垃圾桶，奇臭無比，往裡走各種臟亂差，木板上都是油煙，又臟又黏！！房間裏面毫無隔音，旁邊還有個極其窮困潦倒的老大爺各種臟亂差，還喜歡放收音機！！！吵的要死！！！天花板感覺就是塊木板，樓上人走路聽的一清二楚！！！這鬼地方哪兒是人住的！！超級宇宙無敵差評！！！
