Не очень дружелюбные люди на ресепшене. Я приехал из другой страны и не мог вызвать на вокзал такси. Попросил это сделать на ресепшене. Откликнулись на просьбу не очень. Позвонили в такси и сказали мне, что автомобилей нету. Больше они ничем мне помочь не могли. Я вышел на улицу и попросил прохожего, который мне сразу вызвал через приложение. Я больше никогда не заселюсь в этот отель и другим не посоветую. Такого плохого отношения к клиентам я не видел. Полное безразличие.

The room is very big, bigger than the rooms in the surrounding hotels within 1,000 yuan, very positive. The only drawback is that the decoration is a bit old, but it is so cheap, so it is acceptable.

除了地理位置還算方便其他可以説一無是處。
首先這個價格也不期待酒店條件能有多好，和家人過來遊玩，要求衹要乾淨，基礎設施能用可以了。下午到了酒店等了半天才給辦入住，傢俱又爛又舊，地毯極臟，這都不算什麼，發現馬桶也不下水就打電話給前台，結果派人來看説可能堵了，會給通一下或者換房間，因為急着要出去就請酒店自己先處理，晚上回來問前台告知沒有堵多按幾次就可以了…當時已經很累了也懶得廢話就回房間了，結果要洗澡的時候發現噴頭斷了…真的無語，基本的設施都極爛，當時十點多十一點我們無奈衹能打電話要求換房，到了前台男服務員一臉不屑，感覺我們是沒付錢住酒店一樣，不情不願給換了房間，我們拖着行李換去房間發現沒有掛衣服的櫃子和電視，空空一個房間就一個桌子椅子和一張床，我和家人與服務員一直交涉要有掛衣服的櫃子和電視，這是基礎設施，一邊就想着第二天退房算了，酒店看我們定了兩晚估計怕提前退房就又給換了一個所謂的家庭房，依然又臟又舊，最後衹能湊合住了一晚第二天趕緊退房了。真的是硬件軟件都極差，懷疑老闆跑路了毫無管理，大家避雷避雷避雷。
