Yungo City Guesthouse (Shanghai ASE Dapu Bridge Branch)

We stayed here for a week, and the neighborhood, building, courtyard, and the apartment itself were all excellent. There were shops and a playground nearby. It took 2-30 minutes by taxi to get to the main attractions, depending on the time of day, which was generally manageable. The host was very friendly and helped us check in upon arrival, even purchasing some essential kitchenware for us. I highly recommend staying here.

The guesthouse has a great environment, is clean and odor-free, has a fantastic location, and is excellent value for money.

Location: Close to subway stations (Lines 4 and 7), it's about a 20-minute walk to the Bund and Yu Garden, very convenient. There are also bus stops nearby, making transportation easy. Amenities: 24-hour hot water, always available. A refrigerator and washing machine are provided, and the kitchen is usable, but we were in a rush this time and didn't use it. Next time, we'll definitely cook for ourselves. Environment: The community environment is good, with easy access and few restrictions. We drove, and the landlord sent us parking locations in advance, which was very thoughtful. Service: Excellent! Any problems were resolved instantly, and the staff were very friendly. Plus, we're from the same hometown, so we had to give them a thumbs up. Choosing this place was definitely the right decision!

The location of the guesthouse is really convenient, not far from the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a food street nearby, so I could easily grab a bite to eat after a stroll in the evening, haha. All the room facilities worked perfectly; the air conditioning heated up quickly, the water heater had plenty of hot water, and the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent; the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, so I felt safe staying there. The owner was very nice; they sent detailed directions in advance, responded quickly to any questions, and even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended!
