Hoye Hotel

I often stay in hotels on business trips. This time, I had a very bad experience. Here are some of my thoughts: 1. The hotel is difficult to communicate with. They only follow the platform rules and do not handle things in a humane way. Once the time is up, there is no communication. 2. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk. It is only open from 7:00 to 22:00. The rest of the time, only the security guard is there. There is no one at the front desk. 3. The room we stayed in was not in the building shown in the hotel promotional photos, but on the second floor of a shop on the pedestrian street behind. The environment was obviously not as good as the building shown in the promotional photos, and the hotel did not mention it at all. 4. Check-out time is 13:00. The hotel started calling to urge me to check out at 12:00. I was busy at that time and didn't answer the phone. I called back later and they said I should check out at 12:00. I asked if it's 13:00. They said that's the latest check-out time and it's better to check out earlier. I was speechless. I'm afraid that according to the way this hotel does things, they will charge me if I check out after a certain time. There is no room for negotiation. 5. After checking out, when I was resting in the lobby and waiting for the bus, I heard the front desk clerk quietly ask the security guard what I was doing there. What did this mean? We were not allowed to sit in the lobby? Check out and leave immediately? Or is there a fee for sitting there and resting? I have lived in a hotel for so long and I have never seen a hotel treat customers like this one. Other hotels with good service will even give a cup of tea to customers who are resting.
